Responsible for passing ordinances and resolutions that ensure the protection, support, and privileges of Veterans, Retirees, Elderly, and Persons with Disabilities. Coordinates with agencies such as CSWDO, PDAO, OSCA to implement welfare programs.

Games and Amusement

Responsible for ordinances related to the regulation, supervision, and promotion of games and amusement establishments. Ensures activities are conducted ethically and safeguards public welfare.

Vision & Mission

The Office of the City Councilor, through the Committee on Veterans, Retirees, Elderly, PWDs, and Games and Amusement, promotes the welfare, safety, and inclusive growth of all citizens. It aims to create responsive legislation and programs that protect rights, enhance quality of life, and ensure equal access to opportunities. The committee also supports recreational and livelihood opportunities, promotes social inclusion, and regulates games for public welfare. Through these efforts, the office envisions a compassionate, inclusive, and progressive Iloilo City.
