Renew your Business Permit in 3 simple steps:
1. Fill out and email to:
Go to Click Downloads, Electronic Forms, Application Forms and Documents. Click and download “Declaration of Gross Receipts (DGR). Fill out the form and email to the address above.
2. Download and Print
Once the application is approved, an email will be sent to you containing your Approved DGR, Tax Order of Payment (TOP) and other pertinent documents. Download all attachments and sign the DGR.
3. Pay and Receive Business Permit
Present your Approved DGR, TOP, Barangay Clearance, Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) and other requirements to the designated cashier window for online application, pay business tax due and receive your Business Permit, receipts and other documents.
