  2. Secure Tax Order of Payment

  3. Pay and Claim Business Permit

Requirements:

  1. Declaration of Gross Receipts

  2. Barangay Clearance

  3. Prior year’s Fire Safety Inspection Certificate

  4. Prior year’s Business Tax Receipt

  5. Prior year’s Q4 RPT receipt

  6. Other regulatory requirements (for regulated businesses)
