Coastal barangay of San Juan in Molo district topped Iloilo City’s list with most number of mosquito-borne dengue cases totaling 23 as of June 2019.
It was also listed in the top 10 dengue-stricken villages since 2017, City Health Office (CHO) data showed.
Iloilo City Mayor Jerry P. Treñas wants the metropolis to establish a state-of-the-art command center that could become one of the best in the Visayas region.
